Kale is one of the best green’s to eat because it is full of an incredible amount of nutrition. I had this at a restaurant recently, and it went great with my main meal! The photo on the left shows my starter.
4 cups kale, washed and stems removed
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
