Healthy Snacks for the Office

So you go to the gym before or after work, but during the day, you’re not sure what snacks to have in the office. Here is a neat little list of healthy options that you can have, which I also have too!

 

Healthy Snacks
  • Greek Yoghurt
  • Mixed Nuts
  • Pitted Dates
  • Fruit
  • Oat Crackers with Peanut Butter on top
  • Carrot Sticks with Hummus
  • Almond Butter Toast
  • Protein Smoothie (You can buy from local health shops)
  • Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
  • Grapes
  • Protein Bar
  • Chilli Rice Crackers

If you have any local health or fitness shops, then do stop by there and see what options they have. Alternatively, if you visit your local supermarket, there should be plenty of healthy little snacks you can buy, including the ones from the list above.
